Mediation Areas
We can help with all family law issues, including:
- separation for married and unmarried partners
- parenting arrangements, including experience with arrangements for children with disabilities/special needs
- child and/or spousal support
- changes to parenting arrangements and/or support
- equalization, matrimonial home and property, including complex financial circumstances
Online and In-person Mediation & Service Area
At this time, CLN Mediation offers in-person and remote mediation by video conferencing (Zoom).
CLN Mediation serves remote clients anywhere in Ontario and beyond. In-person appointments are limited to Essex and Chatham-Kent Counties unless otherwise arranged.
Private Mediation (With Counsel)
Cynthia offers private mediation services through CLN Mediation for parties attending with their lawyers.
Mediation is scheduled for half or full day.
All mediation includes a one-on-one intake appointment with each party, review of mediation briefs and preparation of a mediation report if required..
Counsel may contact for rates and availability.
Mediation through Bridging Family Conflict (With or Without Counsel)
Cynthia is also a Mediator with Bridging Family Conflict. Parties (with or without counsel) can request Cynthia as their assigned mediator.
